Ralphie Kilajian found that the West Island lacked authentic Mexican restaurants that were not fast food chains. He thus decided to fix this gap by opening Guaca & Molé in 2015 at the Marché de l’Ouest. Since then, he has been offering his clients with a culinary trip to Mexico, all with a beautiful setting.
