grand bol et sorter le poisson du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour qu\u2019il soit \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature\n\t\tpi\u00e8ce.\n\t\t<div class=\"recipe_note\">Note<span class=\"tooltiptext\">Faire cuire un \u00e9taler sur une plaque de cuisson. Assaisonner avec sel, poivre et un filet\n\t\td\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Pr\u00e9server.\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Dans un robot culinaire, ajouter les feuilles de persil, le thym, le romarin et l\u2019ail. En mode \u00abpulsion\u00bb, hacher\n\t\tle tout. Si le m\u00e9lange n\u2019est pas suffisamment fin, ajouter un petit filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive pour aider le robot\n\t\tculinaire. Ensuite, ajouter la chapelure, m\u00e9langer le tout. Ajouter 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive pour\n\t\tlier le m\u00e9lange. Pour v\u00e9rifier la consistance de votre m\u00e9lange, prenez-en une petite quantit\u00e9 dans votre\n\t\t\t\tmain et presser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec votre pouce. Si vous voyez l\u2019empreinte de votre pouce dans le m\u00e9lange,\n\t\t\t\tc\u2019est que la consistance est la bonne. Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, ajouter un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive\n\t\t\t\tgraduellement et refaire le test jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la consistance voulue.\n\t\t\t<\/span><\/div>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Enlever les tiges du chou kale. Pour ce faire, prendre les feuilles de chou fris\u00e9 dans une main. Placer l\u2019autre\n\t\tmain sur la tige et tirer vers le haut. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter cette \u00e9tape jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que toutes les feuilles soient enlev\u00e9es.\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Avec vos mains, d\u00e9chirer les feuilles du chou kale afin d\u2019obtenir des morceaux moyennement grands.\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Dans la grande casserole d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e, ajouter le chou kale pendant au moins 2 minutes afin de les blanchir.\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Sorter le chou kale et le mettre dans le bain de glace afin de la faire refroidir. R\u00e9server.\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Mettre le chou-fleur au four pour 30 minutes.\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Pop the baking tray into the oven for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\t<li>Prendre les filets de fl\u00e9tan et faire des entailles peu profondes dans la peau afin de marquer le poisson et\n\t\tassaisonner seulement la peau avec du sel et du poivre.\n\t\t<div class=\"recipe_note\">Note<span class=\"tooltiptext\">Assurez-vous que vous n\u2019appuyez pas trop fort sur votre couteau, car cela risquerait de couper dans la chair, nous voulons seulement marquer la peau.<\/span><\/div>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Dans un po\u00ealon, chauffer 2. c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y d\u00e9poser le poisson sur la peau lorsque le po\u00ealon est chaud. Ne pas retourner.<div class=\"recipe_note\">Note<span class=\"tooltiptext\">Il est important de ne pas essayer de retirer le poisson alors que la peau est en brunissement, ce qui devrait prendre environ 4-5 minutes max pour obtenir une belle peau croustillante. Une fois que la peau bien dor\u00e9e, le poisson ne collera pas \u00e0 la casserole, et vous serez en mesure de retirer le filet de fl\u00e9tan sans probl\u00e8me.\n\t<\/span><\/div> <\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tD\u00e9poser le poisson c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau sur une plaque de cuisson et assaisonner avec sel et poivre. Diviser le m\u00e9lange d\u2019herbes et r\u00e9partir \u00e9galement sur les filets de poisson.
