Offering more than 60 sausages, Yves Beaudoin and his wife Nancy Nadeau arrived to the West Island from Beauce in 2008 in order to offer their clients with high quality sausages that do not contain preservatives, nitrates, genetically modified ingredients or gluten. “We want to offer our clients with high quality and fresh produce at all times. We also offer the option to order European sandwiches on a daily basis”.
